This is a 4,000 sq. ft. addition to
the existing home
which Bobby grew up in. It consists of a two car garage with a game room above. The second
story has two bedrooms. The entrance is magnificent with an open
staircase. Adjoining the entrance is a custom designed kitchen and sitting area with a fireplace. There is molding throughout the addition. The kitchen leads to a sun room
and brick terrace. The exterior is a painted
brick which blends well with the existing house. |

This early 1900's home has been completely remodeled from the ground up and
has been
restored as it would have looked originally.
Where possible, the original boards were
used and new was finished to match the old.
The house has the original fireplace and stairs.
Facings and trim finished as original. Window weights were used in windows to duplicate the
ones that had to be replaced. Each piece of cabinetry is individualized and appliances are replicas of the period. In the
living room, a
belt runs through the beams to two fans.
All bath fixtures are replicas of an earlier period.
The original exterior has been duplicated with painted redwood siding with a metal shake
shingle roof. |
