a doctors office with a lab, examining rooms, x-ray and conference room, a central nurses station and
receptionist area. The large waiting room will seat up to sixty people. The remainder of the building
houses an herbal medicine store and additional medical offices. The exterior of the building is
brick veneer and E.I.F.S. with a standing seam metal roof on all entrances and E.P.D.M.

separate viewings, handicap bathrooms, office,
conference, selection area, and a kitchen/lounge.
